Residents staying at Emeritus at Arrowhead will have access to general assisted living services and special services for those who are dealing with Alzheimer’s or other forms of Dementia. The facility is located in Glendale, AZ. Though the assisted living services are available for those residents who need them, independence is encouraged for residents who are still capable of it.

There are numerous services found at Emeritus at Arrowhead. The staff at the facility is on-call 24 hours a day, seven days a week. Residents can receive help from the staff for many day-to-day needs, including grooming, cleaning, and dressing. There are nurses on the staff to help deal with medical issues that the normal staff cannot, and there is also a doctor on-call for issues that require even further attention. An occupational therapist, speech therapist, podiatrist, and physical therapist all make regular visits to the facility. Three meals are provided to residents on a daily basis, with special meals available for residents with special dietary needs. Transportation is available for residents who want to take part in offsite activities, and for residents who need to make offsite appointments. Respite services are available to residents who will only be staying at the facility for a short time. Hospice services are offered to make things as comfortable as possible for residents who are dealing with terminal illness.

There are snacks offered to residents on a daily basis, and are available throughout the day. Residents who enjoy socializing can gather at any of the indoor or outdoor common areas, or can participate in any of the numerous social outings. For residents who are concerned with their appearance, there is a beautician onsite who they can visit. Group games are available for residents who want to take part in recreational activities. The facility houses a library where residents can go to read. They also have the option of checking out books and bringing them back to their apartments. Cable television is available in every apartment at the facility.
