    \r\n 01 Professional Behaviour & Attitude <\/h4>\r\n <\/span>\r\n <\/div>\r\n
    \r\n
    • Maintain a positive, respectful, and cooperative attitude with faculty, staff, and peers.<\/li>
    • Treat every class, workshop, Electric Saturday activity, MasterStroke competition, guest lecture, or outdoor session as a professional assignment.<\/li>
    • Avoid disruptive behaviour, gossip, bullying, or any action that harms the learning environment.<\/li>
    • Follow all instructions during studio sessions, high-end lab usage, and project reviews.<\/li><\/ul> <\/div>\r\n <\/div>\r\n <\/div>\r\n

      \r\n 02 Punctuality & Attendance <\/h4>\r\n <\/span>\r\n <\/div>\r\n
      \r\n
      • Students must report on time for all classes, revision lectures, studios, seminars, and events.<\/li>
      • Minimum attendance requirements must be met to appear for internal assessments, project submissions, and university exams (BVOC).<\/li>
      • Inform the academic team in advance in case of emergencies or unavoidable absences.<\/li>
      • Habitual late-coming will affect your grades, participation, and project evaluations.<\/li><\/ul> <\/div>\r\n <\/div>\r\n <\/div>\r\n

        \r\n 03 Assignments, Projects & Submissions <\/h4>\r\n <\/span>\r\n <\/div>\r\n
        \r\n
        • All assignments\u2014daily, weekly, monthly, Electric Saturday tasks or MasterStroke competitions\u2014must be submitted on time.<\/li>
        • Plagiarism, copying, or using downloaded project files is strictly prohibited.<\/li>
        • Students must participate in all in-house competitions and portfolio-building activities to strengthen their career profile.<\/li>
        • Respect evaluation deadlines. Late submissions may lead to mark deductions or rejection.<\/li><\/ul> <\/div>\r\n <\/div>\r\n <\/div>\r\n

          \r\n 04 Respect for Campus, Lab & Studio Spaces <\/h4>\r\n <\/span>\r\n <\/div>\r\n
          \r\n
          • Keep classrooms, labs, drawing studios, and common spaces clean and organised.<\/li>
          • Handle computers, pen tablets, cameras, clay tools, lightboxes, and all equipment responsibly.<\/li>
          • Damaging property intentionally or through negligence may result in penalties or replacement charges.<\/li>
          • Food and beverages are not allowed inside the studios and computer labs.<\/li><\/ul> <\/div>\r\n <\/div>\r\n <\/div>\r\n

            \r\n 05 Digital Conduct & Technology Usage <\/h4>\r\n <\/span>\r\n <\/div>\r\n
            \r\n
            • Institute systems must be used strictly for academic purposes.<\/li>
            • Accessing or downloading harmful, pirated, or inappropriate content is not permitted.<\/li>
            • Students must maintain backups of their work; the institute is not responsible for personal file loss.<\/li>
            • Mobile phones must be on silent mode during class and used only with permission.<\/li><\/ul> <\/div>\r\n <\/div>\r\n <\/div>\r\n

              ZICA Pune conducts multiple high-value, experiential activities:<\/strong><\/p>

              • Electric Saturday<\/li>
              • MasterStroke Digital Competitions<\/li>
              • Museum Visits<\/li>
              • Outdoor Sketching Trips<\/li>
              • Clay Modelling Days<\/li>
              • Studio Tours & Industry Workshops<\/li><\/ul>

                During all such events, students must:<\/strong><\/p>

                • Maintain discipline and follow faculty instructions.<\/li>
                • Represent ZICA Pune with professionalism and etiquette in public places.<\/li>
                • Respect public property, rules of visited venues, and event hosts.<\/li>
                • Submit event reports or assignments when applicable.<\/li><\/ul> <\/div>\r\n <\/div>\r\n <\/div>\r\n

                  \r\n 07 Dress Code & Personal Grooming <\/h4>\r\n <\/span>\r\n <\/div>\r\n

                  • Students must be neatly dressed and well-groomed.<\/li>
                  • Wear appropriate attire for events, outdoor sessions, studio visits, and placement drives.<\/li>
                  • Shorts, revealing outfits, and objectionable graphics on clothing are not permitted in the academic environment.<\/li><\/ul> <\/div>\r\n <\/div>\r\n <\/div>\r\n

                    • Show courtesy and respect to all academic mentors, counsellors, coordinators, and management.<\/li>
                    • Follow the hierarchical process\u2014Approach course faculty \u2192 Academic Head \u2192 Centre Head\u2014when you need support.<\/li>
                    • Maintain professional communication at all times.<\/li><\/ul> <\/div>\r\n <\/div>\r\n <\/div>\r\n

                      \r\n 09 Safety, Security & Wellbeing <\/h4>\r\n <\/span>\r\n <\/div>\r\n
                      \r\n

                      Follow all safety rules while handling lab equipment, clay tools, electrical equipment, and software systems.<\/p>

                      The institute has zero tolerance for:<\/strong><\/p>

                      • Harassment of any form<\/li>
                      • Discriminatory behaviour<\/li>
                      • Violence or threats<\/li>
                      • Possession of prohibited substances<\/li><\/ul>

                        • Fees once paid is non-refundable & non-transferable in any case.<\/li>
                        • All legal or academic documents submitted must be authentic and verified.<\/li>

                          • Students must meet academic, attendance, and portfolio requirements to be eligible for internships, studio visits, and placement drives.<\/li>
                          • Professional etiquette during interviews, internships, and shadowing programs is mandatory.<\/li>

                            • Posting negative, misleading, harmful, or disrespectful comments about peers, faculty, staff, or the institute will result in strict action.<\/li>

                                • Suspension from class or events<\/li>
